Draft for review. It describes what the app actually sends and keeps today.
What we collect
- Anonymous account id. Created by Firebase Authentication on first launch. No name, email or password.
- Render requests. For each render: your prompt, settings, and any source images or clips you attach, sent to our Cloud Functions and forwarded to the model provider for that render (fal.ai for images, video and upscales; Google models for music and some images; Anthropic for the prompt-enhance wand). Providers process the request under their own terms and do not receive your account id.
- Job records. We keep a record per render with your account id, the task, model, cost, timing and the output URL, so the app can deliver async results and we can refund failures and answer support requests.
- Purchases. RevenueCat and Stripe process subscriptions and packs. We receive your account id, the products bought and the credit balance. We never see your card details.
- Updates. The app checks an update feed on this site. The check sends standard web request data; we do not use Sparkle's system profiling.
What stays on your Mac
Your library (every image, clip and song, plus prompts, projects and settings) is stored in your user folder and never uploaded except as part of a render you request. Source images you edit or upscale are sent only for that render.
What we don't do
- We do not use your prompts or outputs to train models.
- We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
- We do not run analytics or tracking in the app.
Retention
Provider output links expire on the provider's schedule. Job records are kept for support and billing reconciliation and may be deleted on request. Deleting the app's data on your Mac removes your library; your account id and purchase history remain with RevenueCat so purchases can be restored.
Your choices
You can request deletion of your job records and account by emailing support@brainfevermedia.com with your account id from Settings.
